PRIVACY POLICY
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS1.1. This Personal Data Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) shall apply to any information which the website kerneco (Website) owned by our company (RK EvroPrestige, LLC) may receive from the Users during the use of the Website. The domain of the Website is kerneco.org.
1.2. The personal data of the Users will be processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ On Personal Data.
1.3. The Privacy Policy of RK EvroPrestige, LLC (the Company) sets out the procedure for processing and protecting the information on the physical persons using the services, information, and programs of our Website.
1.4. By using the Website and providing the personal data, the User agrees to comply with this Privacy Policy and the User’s personal data processing terms.
1.5. If the User does not agree to comply with the Privacy Policy, the User shall discontinue the use of the Website immediately.
1.6. The Administration of the Website does not verify the personal data provided by the User.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING METHODS2.1. The User’s personal data can be processed at any time by any legal automated and manual methods and such processing includes personal data collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, update, use, transfer, and deletion.
2.2. Personal data processing shall be based on the following principles:
- legality of the personal data processing purposes and methods;
- consistence of personal data processing purposes with the purposes stated and claimed in advance during personal data collection and with the authority of the Company;
- integrity.
2.3. The User’s personal data can be transferred to the competent public authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the law of the Russian Federation.
2.4. The Administration of the Website shall take all organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data against any unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions of the third parties.
2.5. The Administration of the Website in cooperation with the User shall make every effort to prevent any losses or other negative consequences of the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
3. PRIVACY POLICY SCOPE AND PURPOSES OF THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION3.1. According to this Privacy Policy, the Administration of the Website undertakes not to disclose personal data provided by the User at the request of the Administration of the Website.
3.2. The User shall provide the personal data only in the case of requesting the Administration of the Website to provide more detailed characteristics of the Commodity (products), in which the User has a commercial interest.
3.3. Personal data allowed to be processed under this Privacy Policy shall be provided by the Used by filling in the Request form on the Website and include the following information:
3.3.1. User’s name;
3.3.2. User’s phone number;
3.3.3. e-mail.
Personal data may also include the data additionally provided by the User at the request of the Company’s Operator.
3.4. The Administration of the Website has the right to use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:
3.4.1. to provide detailed information the User needs to decide on the purchase of the Commodity (products);
3.4.2. the feedback, including the rendering of services and processing of the requests from the User;
3.4.3. the effective client and technical support of the User in the case of any problems with the Website;
3.4.4. to provide, on the User’s consent, product updates, special offers, price information, newsletters, and other data on behalf of the Company;
3.4.5. for advertising activity on the User’s consent;
3.4.6. to grant the User access to the websites and services of the partners of the Company in order to obtain the information on the Commodity (products), updates, and services.
4. PERSONAL DATA STORAGE AND USE4.1. The User’s personal data is stored on electronic media and processed with the use of automated systems.
4.2. The personal data received allows sending notifications about the new products, special offers, and various events to the User.
4.3. If the User does not want to be included in the mailing list, the User may at any time unsubscribe from the Company’s information by calling 8 (495) 980-87-43 or sending a request to
info@kerneco.org .
4.4. The Company may also collect personal data/information on the interests of the User during the visits to the Website and use of the products and services of the Company. Such personal data/information is collected and used to help the Company provide useful information to the buyers and to understand what elements of the Website the Users are more interested in.
4.5. The Company shall take all legal, organizational, and administrative precautions to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ On Personal Data dated July 27, 2006, against any unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions of third parties.
5. PERSONAL DATA DESTRUCTION5.1. The User’s personal data is destroyed in the case of:
- its deletion by the User;
- the deletion by the Company’s Operator of the information placed by the User.
5.2. The Users have the right to send to the Administrator of the Website or the Company’s Operator their requests, including the requests concerning the use of their personal data and the withdrawal of their consent to the personal data processing in the form of an electronic document signed by qualified electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and on the feedback form.
The Administrator of the Website/the Company’s Operator who receives the relevant request from the User shall consider it and reply within 20 calendar days after the receipt of such request.
6. СOOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES6.1. The Website, interactive services and applications, e-mails, and any other communications on behalf of the Company may use cookies and other technologies, such as pixel tags and web beacons. Such technologies help to better understand the behavior of the Users, notify what sections of the Website were visited by the Users, and assess the effectiveness of advertisement and net searching. The information collected by cookies and other technologies is not personal.
6.2. The User shall bear in mind that after disabling cookies in the settings of the web browser or mobile device used, some functions of the Website may become unavailable.
6.3. The Administrator of the Website may block the personal data of a certain User upon receipt of an address or request from the User, the User’s lawful representative or an authorized privacy authority for the time of investigation in case inaccurate personal data or illegal actions are revealed.

The Websites, Commodities (products), applications, and services of the Company may contain links to the websites, products, and services of the third parties. The personal data and information collected by the third parties, which may include such data as location or contact details, are governed by the confidentiality rules of such third parties. In this regard, the User is strongly recommended to get acquainted with the confidentiality rules of such third parties.
7.2. The Company shall not be liable for any third-party actions that, as a result of the use of the Internet or the Services of the Website, get access to the information on the User and for the consequences of the use of such data and information, which, due to the nature of the Website, are available to any Internet user.
8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES8.1. The Company/the Administration of the Website in default on its obligations shall be liable for the losses of the User caused by illegal use of the personal data in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation, save as provided in clause 8.2 herein.
8.2. In the case of the Confidential Information loss or disclosure, the Administration of the Website shall not be liable if such confidential information:
8.2.1. became public before its loss or disclosure;
8.2.2. was received from a third party before its receipt by the Administration of the Website;
8.2.3. was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8.3. This Privacy Policy shall not cover any third-party actions and Internet resources.
9. MISCELLANEOUS9.1. The Administration of the Website may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. Any new revision of the Privacy Policy shall become effective upon its publication on the Website unless the new revision of the Privacy Policy provides otherwise.
9.3. In the case of any major amendment to the Privacy Policy, the relevant notification is published on the Website together with the renewed Privacy Policy.
